  • LogoPNG or SVG, square works best. Renders next to the org name in the portal header and in the welcome email new members receive.
  • Organization nameShown next to the logo and in the sign-in welcome screen.
  • Contact emailPublic — appears on the portal sign-in screen so members know who to reach out to.
  • Portal slugDetermines your portal subdomain (<slug>.sentientone.ai). Change with care — the old slug 301s for 30 days before it's released for reuse.
  • Login welcomeOne-liner shown above the sign-in form. Set the tone of the experience.
  • Custom domain (Enterprise)Point a CNAME at us and we'll terminate TLS and serve the portal under your own domain. Contact sales to enable.

Members tab

  • + Invite memberOpens the invite modal. Enter an email, pick a role, and tick the agents they should have access to. Members receive a welcome email with a one-click sign-in link.
  • Member rowOne row per member with email, role chip, agent-access count, and a kebab menu (Edit, Revoke).
  • RoleOwner (one per org) can manage billing and members. Admin can manage members and agents. Member can only chat with the agents they've been granted.

  • Revoke accessRemoves the member immediately. Their conversation history is retained for your records; they can't sign back in unless re-invited.

Invite a teammate

  1. 1

    Brand your org first

Upload the logo, set the name, contact email, and login welcome before sending invites — the email the member receives shows your branding.
  2. 2

Open Members → + Invite member

Enter their email, pick the role, and tick the agents they need.
  3. 3

    They confirm via email

They land on your portal sign-in screen, set a password (or sign in with Google/SSO if enabled), and arrive at Chat.

Where agents come from

Agents are built once in Agents and then made available to members here. The member view at Chat only shows agents that have been explicitly granted.
