Chat is the same conversation engine as the Playground, but scoped to the agents the member has been granted in Organization → Members. Members never see prompt editors, tool inspectors, or admin controls — only their conversation history and the agents they can use.

Layout

  • Conversation listLeft rail showing every conversation the member has had. Newest at the top; pinning is on the roadmap. Click + New chat to start a fresh thread.
  • Agent pickerTop-right dropdown listing every agent the member has access to. Selecting one starts a new conversation with that agent — switching mid-thread starts a fresh conversation instead of mixing contexts.
  • Message composerStandard input with shift+enter for newlines. File attachments are on the roadmap; today, paste large text in directly.
  • Streaming replyReplies arrive token-by-token on Pro+ plans. The send button is replaced by a stop icon while the reply is in flight.
  • Source linksWhen an agent cites Knowledge, Documents, or Web Sources, those citations render under the reply with a click-through to the source.

Access control

Members only see agents they've been explicitly granted. Owners and admins manage that grid from Organization → Members.
